The home is an old one. If you are not prepared for old home issues, this may not be the place for you. For us, the beautiful deck, river access, and quiet environment made this stay very enjoyable.
Best location! Easy river access with a small beach. The house was clean and the hot tub was clear. The weather was perfect everyday. Comfortable home, relaxing furniture, perfect river facing deck. Couldn’t ask for more.
Love the view and the ability to explore
This place is a hidden gem ~ nestled on a quiet and tranquil river, conveniently located close to amenities, adventures, and more... it offers humble and considerate accommodations for your party :) we thoroughly explored the Redwoods, spent 1/2 a day at St. George Point, and watched an unforgettable sunset atop the Battery Lighthouse grounds, plus more. Our downtime was just a grand! When we had our fill of the hot tub, found a county park across the river which offers easy access. Packing lunches and fixing breakfast/dinner was a breeze with the kitchen. Thank you for the lovely stay <3
In town for one of my routine trips deduct five. House was comfortable and clean and the check-in process was easy. The house has all your basic needs, and the layout is comfortable and spacious. I love the deck and hot tub. I could stare out onto the river all day every day if it weren’t for having to work. My go to house when I have to come to the area. I’ll be back again!
Valentines weekend//winter getaway. The house was clean and cozy. The weather was cold and the river was swift but cool to watch. A very cold front came on making the hot tub especially nice in the crisp air. We did have a brief power outage on our last night due to the weather but it wasn’t an issue. The home was very comfortable and it added to the cozy experience. I would stay here again in any time of the year. Easy check in/out, clear instructions, user friendly house. 5/5!
