We went down for spring break with our big family (9) to St. George area and found Washington area to be even better since we had a lot of bikes that we brought so that we could go on the bike paths available all around. The townhome fit us very comfortably and had all the amenities we could ask for including a 2 car garage. It was quiet at night in the neighborhood and the pool was open until 10:30 and so our kids had a blast walking back-and-forth maybe 150 feet away many times throughout the day. The townhome had a main master room on the bottom floor and the rest of the beds were upstairs in the two bedrooms that had their own bathrooms (very nice for my boys and girls who didn’t have to share.) There is a nice bike path that goes around the subdivision we enjoyed. It was 20 minute drive to Snake Hollow bike track, a must see for kids with all levels. We will definitely return to this place for another spring break. We had a lot of fun!

This home was the perfect place for our large extended family. We had our family, and my 2 nephews families staying comfortably here. There was plenty of open space so we weren't crowded. What we loved is the bunkbeds in the 2 upstairs bedrooms. This made it very accommodating for our families w/ children to stay all together. We LOVED that each bedroom had their own bathroom. So each family could make their bathrooms private. The house was fully stocked with cooking utensils and appliances.

We had a great time and plenty of space for 6 adults and 6 kids with 3 families. The rooms were roomy and nice big kitchen/living room space and space for outdoor BBQ. The only thing was we didn’t have enough parking for 3 families so some had to park further away
