Although this great neighborhood can easily keep the family happily occupied, feel free to venture out and find other fun activities. Archie Gubler Park is just down the street and houses playgrounds, splash pads, pickleball courts, volleyball courts, and baseball diamonds. Drive eight miles into St. George to shop at the outlets, walk on main street, and tour the LDS temple grounds. Hiking and golf courses can be found all around the valley, and don't miss out on seeing a musical performance or Broadway show at Tuacahn Amphitheater three and a half miles away. With Zion National Park a day's trip away, you'll need to plan for a day spent hiking and seeing the breathtaking red rock canyons there. There are plenty of family-friendly hikes like the Riverwalk and Lower Emerald Pools, as well as expert hikes like Angel's Landing and The Subway.
