This casita is located in a gated community that sits alongside the (private) Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club, where it enjoys views of Utah Mountain and beautiful blue sky. Whether you're a hiker, a mountain biker, or simply in search of desert relaxation, this location provides the ideal base camp. You'll be just over two miles south of Snow Canyon State Park, where you can hike Johnson Canyon, Jenny's Trail, Scout Cave, and the Hidden Pinyon Red Sands, or explore Whiptail and West Canyon by bike. The renowned Tuacahn Center For the Arts is only three miles north, the Kayenta Art Village is five miles west, and a wealth of excellent restaurants (including Black Bear Diner, Angelica's Mexican Grill, Hawaiian Poke Bowl, and Sakura) are within a six-mile drive. Please note that the clubhouse and golf amenities are private. Please be advised that the amenities and the pool are unavailable due to the HOA's discretion. The garage is only for storing bikes. Please remember this is the casita portion of the home you rented. The rest of the home is off-limits, and the owners use it when they travel to St George. You go through the gate into the courtyard and enter through the door that is on the left side of the home.
