Lovely home!

Quiet, comfortable. Only needed to bring toothbrush and clothing. Everything was pleasantly provided. Beds were comfortable and linens were fresh. Rocking chairs on deck were so comfortable.

Our family enjoyed a great stay! The layout of the house worked well for us. The neighborhood is quiet and morning coffee on the deck was wonderful!

Pros: - Quiet location - Very good kitchen with everything you need and even more - Two full bathrooms with no broken faucets/toilets/etc - A lot of board games available - Very good WiFi and air conditioning - New washer - Very nice deck with umbrellas and grill - Two bedrooms + huge master bedroom with full bath and separate door exit downstairs. Cons: - Bedroom drawer is not secured to the wall and dangerous for toddler or kids - Bedroom carbon monoxide detector mounted opposite the bed and flashing bright in the night - 10am checkout time - Private lake management collecting additional $22 fee per guest - Some kitchenware requires replacement (pans, cutting boards) Bring Verizon SIM card with you.

Our family (parents and two adult sons) spent 3 days here over Christmas and were very comfortable in our separate rooms and with cooking, playing games, opening presents, watching TV, etc. The kitchen is probably the best stocked we've ever seen in our many rentals. We drove to nearby Calaveras Big Trees (5 miles) and had a great walk in the snow among the giant trees. Also a short (10-12 miles) to Murphys and Columbia State Historic Park. Easy to find and access and very comfortable stay - would love to return in the summer/fall months!

Three of us stayed in the house for a golf weekend in Angels Camp. All the rooms are good sized, so this was perfect. House was clean, furniture was in good shape, and there were more kitchen gadgets than could ever be used. The deck is perfect for conversations in the evening. One of the best rentals I've stayed in.
