WHAT’S NEARBY Sitting in the beautiful, gated community of Pine Mountain Lake, you will be just three miles from Groveland proper and a quick 30-mile drive to the entrance of Yosemite National Park! Though day trips to Yosemite are a must, sticking closer to home base will be a blast as well with Pine Mountain Lake Golf Course a mile away, access to Dunn Court Beach two miles away, and the wide variety of restaurants and shops that line Main Street. THINGS TO KNOW Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Fireplace is not available for guest use. Home has four mini-splits for heating and cooling. This home is within a gated community that requires a $50 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is valid for stays up to seven days and is subject to change without notice.
