This home is perfect for a family vacation - whether you choose to gather on the spacious deck on summer evenings or gather around the wood-burning fireplace with a game or two. The comfort and charm of this property will make you feel at home the moment you arrive! Big Trees Village is a quiet neighborhood that's ideal for a relaxing mountain getaway. You'll be about 20 miles southwest of Bear Valley Resort and Lake Alpine, the hidden gems of Ebbott's Pass. You can also wander through the aptly named Calaveras Big Trees State Park just below this neighborhood, hike the Arnold Rim Trail, and explore the wonders of the Mercer Caverns outside of Murphys. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming a favorite movie on the large TV, or curling up by the crackling fireplace with a good book. Prepare grand meals and picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample cupboard room, and a formal dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Streaming available with guest devices and accounts. Firewood is not provided; it can be purchased locally. For little guests, a Pack N Play is provided.
