Don't worry about the fun stopping when you return to home base each evening, as a glass of wine can easily be enjoyed on one of the two decks and the kids will have limitless options for fun with a pool table and the garage that has been made into a game room complete with ping-pong, foosball, and air hockey! When it is time to hit the hay each night, the lower floor is home to two bedrooms, one with a twin-over-double bunk bed and the other offering a full-size bed. The main floor boasts a spacious main bedroom complete with a queen-size bed. The upper floor contains the last two bedrooms, one with a full bed and the other with two twins! Though there will be endless fun to be had right at your fingertips, heading out to Pine Mountain Lake for some fishing, swimming, and hiking will be a treat for the whole family to enjoy. When you want to venture out a bit further, the north entrance of Yosemite Valley awaits just 23 miles from your front door, making the tall walls of El Capitan and Half Dome a must-see on this vacation! Plus, the heart of Groveland is also four miles away offering a plethora of restaurants and local grocery stores to grab a bite to eat or stock up on necessities! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This home does not have central heating and air. It has two minisplits in the great room and space heaters in the bedrooms. This home is within a gated community that requires a $42 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in.
