Pine Mountain Lake has three beaches, a marina for boat rentals, tennis courts, dining, and an 18 hole championship golf course! The North gate to Yosemite National Park is only twenty minutes away and forty to the valley floor. In the winter there is plenty of downhill skiing at Badger Pass, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Nearby is the gold rush town of Groveland where you will find the Iron Door Saloon an iconic mountain experience! Things to Know This home is within a gated community that requires a $50 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is subject to change without notice. This home has a mini-split HVAC system that provides heat and AC in all main level rooms. The lower level has space heaters and ceiling fans.
