Springs Manor

This was a great place for our large group! It was quiet, easily accessible, small accommodations in the bathrooms were provided which made it nice as there is always someone that forgets basic bathroom things when traveling! Booking and checking in and out were a breeze! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Comfy and spacious

This home is centrally located to shopping and restaurants. Plus it was a short drive to Pike’s Peak, Manitou Springs and the Incline. There was plenty of room plus 3 full bathrooms to accommodate everyone.

Things that could use some TLC: - 3' holes with broken or missing protective grates by backyard windows a kid or pet could get injured by falling in need to be fixed - Nearly all pots and pans in bad shape with coatings coming off need to be replaced for safe cooking - toaster oven was essentially inoperable due to burned gunk in bottom that set off smoke detectors when we went to use it - beds have crinkly mattress protectors Things we loved: - Lots of beds and bathrooms with second living area and plenty of towels, blanekts, soap, etc - Only a couple entry steps made the main floor manageable for grandma - gas grill had propane and other basics to make steaks - good selection of knives, plates, some spices, oil, etc - twin beds on adjustable bases was a huge plus for the one traveler recovering from surgery - Early check-in and late check-out with minimal fee were a HUGE plus for us

We loved everything about the house. Cleanliness, close to a lot of outlet shops and restaurants, and a very quiet and safe neighborhood.

This house fit the needs of our group perfectly. Nice neighborhood and really close to everything in Colorado Springs. We enjoyed the grill and back yard as well as the relaxing picture window in the front living room. The dinning area is not very big but they already had extra chairs ready for us. They even had cinnamon in the spice cabinet. We had a great stay.
