Inside, an open living, kitchen, and dining area pairs with one bedroom (queen bed) and a full bath with walk-in shower, while a queen hide-a-bed sofa sleeps extras. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, and the living room's cozy electric fireplace and 60-inch TV with Netflix and Hulu make for easy nights in. Step onto the enclosed patio with two recliners and amazing Pikes Peak views, then gather around the gas firepit to stargaze and swap stories. Ideal for couples, honeymoons, anniversaries, or a relaxing mountain reset near Colorado Springs. (Dogs under 50 lbs; shared courtyard.)

My wife, daughter, and I, had an excellent stay at the Cub Cottage. The property was very clean and suited our needs for a long weekend. The property listing was accurate and represented the property well. If you have never stayed in a tiny house I advise you to be mindful of size. The name isn’t an accident. LoL. The “neighborhood” was nice. We met a few people that lived in the community and they were very kind and welcoming. Since the property is effectively in what I would call a “tiny cul-de-sac” parking can be difficult if the neighbors are home. If you’re driving a large vehicle it is going to be harder. I would highly recommend this property and would stay in again.

The actual cabin was great! Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The park it was in was very cramped but luckily it was at the end of one of the roads with a great view of Pikes Peak

Very Nice Clean Cabin with Beautiful Views of Pikes peak !!! Perfect location ♥️🤩🫶🐻🫎⛰️🐾🦬🦌🐴🚞 We never got the TV to connect to the Internet !!! Also, Husband says the Heater needs servicing-(Ex-Gas) man of 47 yrs !!! But. Overall Enjoyed Our Stay There 👍🫶🤩♥️🙏

This area was perfect the cottage was clean not too small but just big enough it was facing the mountains and it was just gorgeous it was a wonderful state.

This was my first time staying in a tiny home. It was more spacious than I expected. Was nice to have a full size refrigerator and stove. The bathroom is plenty big. Two people can’t be in there at the same time but wouldn’t expect that in a tiny home. The shower was plenty big. The parking is kind of tight. There are two spots but they are not side-by-side. If you’re driving a really big vehicle, you may have trouble turning around. The view from the enclosed porch is beautiful. The place is very comfortable.
