Beautiful, clean, and perfect.

Our family absolutely loved our stay here, the house is completely stocked with anything and everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is secluded enough to be quiet and peaceful but also close enough to attractions to be convenient!!

My daughter and I live in Lakewood and Longmont areas. Our birthdays are 3 months apart and so we wanted to take a little getaway. She wanted to do something w fossil rocks, so we googled options and found Florissant. Small and charming, friendly people, close to garden of the gods. The property was well maintained and such a cool structure. Loved our time there.

Our family of 5 (3 teens) debated renting a hotel suite for the four days we were there, but I'm so glad we opted for this place instead. It gave us space to spread out and felt like home between our adventures and outings. The house was cute & clean. The main floor, single bedroom was private with a door. The master suite on the second floor had french doors that don't quite close all the way with curtains, and the top floor loft was pretty open..no real sound barriers for those that wanted to head to bed early. We didn't use the kitchen much, but was nice to have when we did. Having two 3/4 bathrooms was wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised by the attentive host company. They seemed very accomodating. A couple of small things were broken when we arrived and they offered to come in and replace or fix but we decided to let them take care of it after our stay. The home was clean with plenty of towels, soaps, etc. We enjoyed the outdoor patio almost every morning and evening. Only 5 minutes from Divide and 15 min from Woodland Park. We had everything we needed within a short drive. The only real travel was an hour West to raft the beautiful Arkansas River! We really have no complaints. Would definitely rent this cabin again!

Spacious, clean, very comfortable, well stocked with pots/pans/appliances, peaceful quiet location. Fast Wifi. Great price.
