Poolhouse in the Pines

The house is beautiful and roomy. With 11 people we were very comfortable and had plenty of space. We had so much fun playing volleyball when it wasn’t raining and swimming when it was.

The kitchen was amazing and the main floor plan was very good for a large family. Very nice deck area and we enjoyed the sand volleyball and basketball goal !

We stayed at this property for Parents’ Weekend 2025 with our C4Cs, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The home offered the perfect balance of space, comfort, and amenities for our family gathering. The kitchen was a standout feature—well stocked with everything we needed and equipped with impressive industrial-grade appliances that made cooking together an absolute joy. The floor plan was open, spacious, and very comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The highlight of our stay was definitely the indoor pool. We had such a fun “pool night,” and it made our trip even more memorable. The property was truly ideal for our trip. It gave us a wonderful place to gather, celebrate, and create lasting memories. We’d highly recommend it for other families coming to Colorado Springs, especially for Academy events, and would happily stay again in the future. In fact, im going to send my future dates and hope the property is available for all our upcoming stays!! 😊

Place was beautiful, spacious !!! We had lot of room for 14 all together, All of us really enjoyed hanging out and cooking together in the beautiful kitchen!!

We had a great stay at Poolhouse in the Pines! Right when we arrived, we loved the home — it feels private and surrounded by nature, yet it’s still super close to stores. Having a Super Target nearby was a nice bonus. The outdoor space is incredible — big, beautiful, and fully fenced in, which made it feel safe and peaceful. We even had a daily visitor — a lovely mule deer that would wander by and hang out near the trees. Such a special touch of nature. Inside, the home was spacious, cozy, and very well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and was great for cooking. The bedrooms and living areas were comfy, and there were plenty of board games to enjoy. A couple of things to note: the inside of the house and the patio/deck could have been cleaner. Nothing major, but for the price, we expected it to be tidier upon arrival. Also, my daughters tried sleeping downstairs but found several bugs, so they moved upstairs after the first night. Just a heads up — keep the doors closed to avoid bugs inside. The pool area was another highlight! It has everything you need, including a full bathroom, and the basketball hoop and volleyball net were a fun bonus. Honestly, you don’t even need to leave the house to have a good time. This place is ideal for bigger families or even multiple families. Our small family had plenty of space and truly enjoyed the peaceful setting. The property manager was very kind and welcoming. Just a small note: we had some confusion around the late checkout process — since most communication came by text, we didn’t realize the offer would be sent by email. A quick heads-up via text would’ve helped. Still, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

We had such a great stay! Tons of room for our family of 5—and our beagle, Emmett, who’s now convinced he owns the giant yard in the trees. Inside is so relaxing, cozy, and accommodating—the perfect house to vacation in. The private indoor pool (seriously, what could be better?), huge kitchen, and large outdoor deck made it easy to spread out and enjoy ourselves. So much room for activities! Highly recommend for families, kids, and anyone looking for a fun, comfortable getaway.
