Well there were some issues. The plastic box on side of house where chair pads are has bees in it, in the pads, also there are bees in the peakmof house and somewhere else. Could hardly sit on deck, didn't want to get almost stung again. The water for drinking in fridge out of container isn't ok. The filter is nasty. Recommend throwing away. The water smells like eggs. The dish washer leaked all over floor many times. The inside wasn't very clean. Food was left in fridge from previous person I know the owner is selling but you can obviously tell they aren't maintaining anything. The yard is a hay field and driveway has 1ft tall or better grass in it. Screen on patio doors were bo good, bugs came in. Couldn't have patio door open. TV remotes don't work and could hardly hear. Shower curtains are gross. We appreciate the hot tub and ping pong. But didn't out weigh the deficiency. Wifi wasn't goodWell there were some issues. Wifi wasn't goodat all either and the deck has soft spots in the back. I'm sure Vacasa will make it right with us. Vacasa has higher expectations than this.

No cell service. WiFi is spotty. Fairly difficult to find home as most phone GPS does not work accurately in the area.

The property has great potential to be a nice get away but I would not be able to recommend it after our stay.

We loved all of the amenities of the house and the closeness to all of the lakes as well as to the tourist attractions. Only down fall was hot tub wasn’t working properly. Also, WiFi was very difficult to get - maybe terrible service due to location. But over all, the house was beautiful and had so many games and activities for our young adults to stay entertained with went not out and about. We will definitely go back sometime!! Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay

The house isn't new but has been kept up decently with a few minor issues like cabinet doors not closing correctly and one light switch missing the knob. There are lots of games, cards, movies, things to do in the cabin. The home is nicely stocked with everything you might need, plenty of towels and blankets, and all the kitchen items. The location is very central in the Black Hills overall, and close to Lake Pactola. Overall everything was very nice. The house is on a dead end drive and you will need to do a 3 point turn to get turned around.
