Peak View Vista

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. Beds and furniture were comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. We had 11 teens and adults in our group. The house was lovely and the view is amazing. We enjoyed the games, grill and other amenities provided. Communication and response was excellent!

Sunset are spectacular, the home is nice, clean and in a great setting. Highly recommend!

We did have deer come close to the house. Every morning the same doe came for a visit.

The house is very nice. We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The drive up the road is a little tricky when you first arrive but after a couple drives, you get used to it. The view is fantastic and we all enjoyed the property very much. We would definitely come back again if we were staying in the area. While we were there, we had experienced all 4 seasons in 6 days so you get a taste of everything.

Our neighbors were very happy with everything!! Their large family had plenty of room inside and outside! The deer ate right out of their hand! As someone had said in a past comment to climb up the hill and you won’t be disappointed. They said the view was spectacular! The said what they saw in the pictures was indeed what they had. No surprises. Also if there was a problem there is a 24/7 phone number that a human answers!!!

Baby boy wanted Colorado for his 21st birthday. We were looking for place that is close to all the things that we wanted to do. This place did not disappoint. The view was spectacular. The bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities that we needed for a homecooked meal. I must warn you that if you're checking in after dark, the place is a little difficult to find. We didn't get to the property until after midnight. We went in circle for a minute until the kids got out and look on foot. Just a little snag. No biggy. Overall, we loved and enjoyed our stay so much. It was the best family vacation ever.
