Wake up each morning to walk your dog around the neighborhood (please note that a 30-lb. weight limit and a nightly fee apply), spend the day building sandcastles and boogie boarding at the beach, and walk a quarter-mile west to drop a line at the Back River Fishing Pier on Tybee Creek.

I loved the location, but I would not rent this home again

The house is very cute and cozy but unfortunately we ran into multiple issues during our stay. The first issue was one of the toilets didn't work. No big deal to me, (things break sometimes and i do have grace)we contacted them to address the issue and they were very nice and sent someone the next day to fix it! We brought food to cook for the 3 nights. We'll the fridge didn't work well and our milk spoiled. We had to buy toilet paper. The washer didn't work properly so I had to ring the water out of clothes to dry them. Then the water leaked in the floor over night. Second night we were going to grill and the lid was broke off the grill and just sat on top. We made it work with some hand towels to grab hot lid since no oven mittens are in the house. The toaster also doesn't work. Mouse turds in the cabinets. I contacted them with no response the second day. Contacted them the third day and got a response and by this time I'm aggravated with the fact that nothing worked like it was suppose to after paying 1500 dollars. I told them I needed to be compensated something. They said they would refund me 80 bucks! Nobody would never call me! I wrote her and said 80 bucks? Is this a joke? We came home today and still no answer or call. It probably didnt help matters that its for sale and its like they didnt care. Yes i do have all the pictures for proof. Made the best of it with my family and still enjoyed Tybee beach!

We had such a great stay here with our little family! It's an easy walk to the main beach and pavilion, and if you're looking for something a bit quieter, Fisherman's Pier is just a few minutes away in the other direction. There are also bars and restaurants on the way to the beach. It's the perfect spot if you want to relax. The house itself had everything we needed. It was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again!

This house is in a great location on Tybee. Everything you’d want to go to is walkable. The house was the perfect size for our family of 5. Don’t let the reviews about bugs scare you. We didn’t see a single bug!!
