We had a very pleasant stay overall and would rate Bay Watch 0534 a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The space was clean and maintained, and I was especially impressed with how spotless and functional the appliances were. They all worked perfectly and added to the comfort of the stay. Although the Room #534 was located right next to the elevators, I was surprised by how quiet it remained. There was minimal noise and very little foot traffic, which made for a restful experience. The only area that could use some improvement is the furniture, which felt a bit dated and could benefit from an update to better match the overall quality of the room. A special shoutout to Nyla and Chantel, who were absolutely awesome. They were professional, courteous, and made both check-in and check-out smooth and welcoming experiences. Overall, I would definitely book this room again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to a friend.

Loved the view. The condo lacks in may ways. First, the layout is backwards. The bedroom and living room should be reversed. We knew when we walked in for the first time from the outside hallway and stepped into the bedroom that this was backwards. There was no screen on the balcony door, so couldn't leave the door open to hear the ocean. The living room couch is old and broken down, extremly uncomfortable. Paint is peeling off the bathroom wall and a broken bulb in one of the bathroom fixtures. No Keurig coffee maker. We went to Walmart and purchased a small one for our personal use while there. Haven't been to a hotel or condo in years that still use the old fashion drip coffee maker. Lacked trash cans. Needs a trash can in each room. We will continue to use Vacasa, but will not return to this condo.
