The unit was as described. Everything was very clean and beds were comfortable. The property was well maintained and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Our group of 6 really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay. Condo was well equipped with things, plenty of room for 5 people and clean upon arrival. Bonus was early check in! We really enjoyed everything about the condo! There is one outdoor pool closed so it did cause some overcrowding of the other pools but overall it was still a great trip and the kids love all the pool options!

This unit was perfect for our party of 4, although it could have accommodated more. Plenty of seating inside and out. Great view! Fully stocked kitchen. The private washer and dryer in the unit were very handy. Tons of storage space and hooks available. The beds were super comfortable, wish we had those mattresses at home!

The condo was so cute and very comfortable. The decor was well thought out and made you feel right at home. The views from the balcony were spectacular! Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived and the staff was friendly and helpful!

We experienced a serious issue with the heating system in the rental unit at Baywatch, North Myrtle Beach, SC. It began when the fire alarm went off and we noticed a burning smell. We immediately had to called the front desk, and they said they would send maintenance, suggesting it was probably just dust since the heat had just been turned on. We turned off the heat, opened the doors, and waited. When the maintenance person arrived, he looked at the dirty filter (which he did not replaced) and tested the circuit breaker and restarted the heat. He said he would check back in an hour, but we never saw him again that day. Later that evening, we began hearing sizzling and popping sounds again from the heating system, and the circuit breaker tripped again. We reset it, but the same thing happened repeatedly. We contacted the front desk again, and they told us they would send another maintenance person. This person reach out to the HVAC company who would come in about 2 hours that night. We stayed up until 1:45 a.m. waiting, but no one ever came—and we were left without heat. The next morning, we called again and the HVAC technician finally arrived and did a thorough job. To his surprise, he discovered that the wires inside the unit had worn through and had actually sparked a fire within the housing. The condenser was melted, and he mentioned that the wires were still sparking when he opened the front cover. In my opinion, this was a dangerous situation, and I did not feel safe staying there for the remainder of my reservation. I am therefore requesting a refund for the unused portion of my stay. I left at 7:30am on the 28th and was promised a refund which has not occurred. This is in no way the homeowners fault. This unit now has a safe heating system, good fire alarms and comfortable just not for me due stress.

Beautiful. Very nice clean place. Very pretty. All you could want. Thank you for the lovely place to stay. We absolutely love Bay Watch. Been going there for close to 10 years now! And I’m picky! Clean. Nice. Love it.
