Bay Watch 1001

Hotel was clean and nice. Pools were amazing. The beds were not comfortable. The only issue we had the whole weekend was that the beds were rough.

Clean room. Furniture was beat up & efficiency needed to be painted but okay. TV didn't work. Nice partial oceanview.

When we stayed back in September 2025 our stay here was wonderful, to the point of my grandsons wanting to stay here again. I originally started to book our stay in Booking.com again but when I called with a question related to disability needs, I came in contact with Vacasa who said that he would be glad to take care of our reservation. I told him that I wanted to make sure that I got the deal that was showing on Booking.com wanting the same type of room that we had in September. He said that it was the same and that he was able to get it a little cheaper, so I made the reservation with Vacasa rep. When we arrived it was not the same. Below is a copy/paste of what I expected from what we’ve had before. Details Apartment 2 adults, 2 children Bedroom: 2 full beds Living room: 1 sofa bed Description This apartment features 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a bath. This also included a full kitchen. We get to our room and it was much smaller than what we had before and we did not have our full kitchen and couch with pull out bed and too a trundle. It was the worst sleep that I’ve ever had and there was no room for two adults. On top of all this: -Bathroom door would not shut, it was not aligned -Could not cook anything -Need handicapped accessibility, we weren’t always able to find parking and when we had to use the parking deck, none of the elevators worked after being told floors 4 and up would have elevators -Had to call Vacasa a few times to help us find room and some told us the wrong floor after seeing our room number which was very inconvenient for someone who is disabled and in pain having to use crutches -The wooden bed frame is broken -Room service never checked on us to replenish our towels after our first night -After needing front desk multiple times for this problem and that our room phone did not work when using “0”, front desk button or housekeeping button and many times had to go back and forth to the lobby. After reporting to the front desk in person multiple times each day saying that we still needed towels for 4 people we still did not get them during our stay until last night, the day before leaving after finalizing our cell phone -Parking being an inconvenience for someone with a disability, we were told that we could not use any of the many spaces alloyed for the 15 minute loading/unloading however, guests had their cars parked in all of them overnight. -Pool amenities were shut down on one side which was understandable going into the next season. However, after the first day the hot tub was shut down supposedly temporarily but was kept closed. This trip was very disappointing after having such a great stay back in September 2025. We will not be coming back after this latest stay. Vacation should be fun and relaxing, not stressful, disappointing and non-accommodating.

We loved everything about our stay the pools and hot tub and the people were so nice and friendly
