Everything was great , we had plenty of covers towels and a peace of mind. My kids enjoyed the stay- we had one little hick up byt maitenance came in literally no time yo correct the issue. Even provided me with a direct number incase of an emergency. This stay was absolutely amazing i would book again and again. We were close to everything and had direct beach access. ! 10 stars . Loved it

The location was nice, several restaurants and shops in walking distance. And right on the beach. The property could use some deep cleaning and updating. Would I stay there again? Maybe.

Unit has easy access to beach as well as other amenities within the hotel. Unit needs multiple cosmetic updates/repairs. Did not have access to waterpark per landmark restrictions with booking through a third party. Overall an ok stay.

This is the perfect place to stay if you want easy access to the beach! They are renovating their multiple pools (indoor and outdoor) great for families with kids. Safe covered parking directly across the street with access to hotel on a 3rd level covered walkway to avoid traffic. Hotel was quiet, coffee bar in lobby. Restaurants were closed when I stayed but there’s a small arcade kids might like. Overall great and I would book again.

Pros- convenient location with plenty of eateries, shopping within walking distance. Right on the beach. Great pools, indoor and out. Free parking in the resort garage. Cons- resort has an event space so check with dates to make sure you aren't staying in the middle of an MMA tournament. This room backs onto the elevator shaft, so it sounds like an airplane is taking off from the bathroom every time it is used- for reference, I wear ear plugs at night and could still hear it. This room has an air of neglect. Low wattage bulbs in shabby lamps and a lack of useable plugs to charge devices. Noticeable wear on cabinets and a strange sticky red substance under the sink. Mystery smears and droplets in the bathroom. Low quality bed spreads.
