Spend your mornings on the coast, afternoons by the private heated/cooled pool with lounge seating, and evenings competing on the indoor golf simulator, gathering around the fire pit, or relaxing beneath the covered pergola after a day in the sun. The indoor golf simulator featuring world-famous courses including Pebble Beach, Quail Hollow, & Royal Portrush. Bucket golf and corn hole available for friendly competition and outdoor fun for all ages. With a spacious enclosed backyard, you can enjoy the outdoors in privacy, making it an ideal spot for your furry friends as well—dog bowls and a cozy dog bed are provided for your convenience. After a day exploring the coast, come home for a night swim, a night swim, a round on the simulator, and drinks around the fire pit. This isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a golf + beach experience built perfectly for your group! This place was amazing. It had all the little extras that tops things off and makes your stay special. Check-in was easy and everything was on point. House is gorgeous and the pool is a 10! Had family games as well that were hit. I would recommend this place 110%♥️

Loved this place! The house was clean and had everything you could need. We had two families on our trip and there was plenty of space for everyone (group of 7); and the golf simulator and pool were a big hit with both kids and adults. Short drive to beach parking, restaurants, shopping. All around great place!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this newly built home in Pawleys Island. The house was beautiful inside and out and we especially loved using the pool in the backyard every afternoon. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean and the downstairs space was perfect for cooking and having family movie and game nights. A bunch of local restaurants, beaches, and parks are within a 10-15 minute drive making daytime activities quick and easy to plan! Brookgreen Gardens in particular was right down the road, and we visited multiple times during our stay. The hosts provided recommendations for places to visit while we were town and responded quickly when we had a question. We will be staying again the next time we are in the area!

We stayed over a long weekend in May. Pool temp was perfect can heat and cool. House was clean and spacious. Location was close to good food, great golf, clean beaches, fun family activities. The golf simulator was a hit with the husbands. Great supplies for kids too - toys and cribs.

This property was absolutely fantastic. The golf simulator was a huge highlight—super realistic and something we used every day. It really sets this place apart from any other rental. The pool was just as great, creating the perfect space to relax and unwind. Between the pool and simulator, we barely needed to leave the house. The home itself is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of space for everyone. Overall, one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. Would definitely book again.
