Overall, we had a good stay at this beach rental. The communication from the host was excellent—they were responsive, helpful, and made the check-in/check-out process very easy. The location is definitely one of the property’s biggest strengths. It’s conveniently located just a short walk from the beach, making it easy to come and go throughout the day. The cleanliness was good overall, and I would rate it about an 8 out of 10. While the home was generally well-maintained, there were a few areas that could have used a little more attention. The furniture could also use some updating, as it shows signs of wear. My biggest concern, however, was the flooring. There were several soft spots throughout the home that felt unstable, almost as if you could fall through in certain areas. Addressing this would greatly improve both the comfort and safety of the property. Despite those issues, the excellent communication and unbeatable beach access made for an enjoyable stay. With a few updates and repairs, this rental has the potential to be an outstanding vacation spot.

Very nice condo with great location on the beach and near restaurants and shops. Could use upgrade on cooking pots and pans. And it has the most uneven floors we’ve ever walked on. But after a day or two getting used to it we enjoyed the floors too.

Had a relaxing week at N . Spent evenings on balcony watching waves. We had four grown men and had plenty of space. Television was perfect for watching Madters after a day of golf. Will rent again if available.
