Off the kitchen, you will have access to a washer/dryer. No one's comfort goes unattended to in each of the bedrooms, complete with private TVs, soft linens, and central air. Back outside, enjoy marvelous sunset views from the wrap-around balcony and rooftop deck. Al fresco meals can be enjoyed under the warm glow of the twinkle lights, and reading sessions can be conducted in the hammock. A tennis court and pool are available just steps from your stay. Minutes away, be sure to explore Litchfield Beach, the Willbrook Plantation Golf Club, Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens, and the Caledonia Golf & Fish Club. We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home in Litchfield by the Sea! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we wanted to do. The house was spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. Our favorite spot was the screened porch, where we spent mornings with coffee and evenings unwinding after a day at the beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

We loved the home we stayed in and it was very comfortable and had nice furnishings. We were not happy with the resort and found the employees less than helpful and we had to figure out things for ourselves. We had a get a map of the property on own and the pool was closed one day without explanation and we had to get to the apppropriate staff to have it repaired. We were told we could not use other pools in the area. A response from an employee once was that's not in my job description. Many of our issues could have been resolved with better communication and a packet of information.

Lovely home - so inviting and comfortable. We had some friends with us and it such a relaxing time hanging out on the porch. Just a short walk to the beach and the area is beautiful! Will book again!

The hardwood floors were filthy and the bathroom floors were average. It would have been nice to have some kitchen bath towels. They are not supplies. The wood on the deck is getting tired and would benefit from new floorboards. The water pressure was fair. The outside shower was great, and had better water pressure and the screened in porch was lovely to have. The house itself is spacious and roomy. Loved the house just wish it was cleaner.

The house is very comfortable, sleeps 12, although we only had 6. Large common area and eating space. We absolutely loved the porch! Close to the beach, an easy walk. If you are looking for a sparkling brand new-top of the line house this is probably not for you. But if you are looking to be comfortable and a beach feel, you will enjoy it. I would rent it again.
