Ocean Park Resort 1222

I didn’t love anything I would love to post the photos but I don’t have an option. THE ONLY good thing about this place is the host has great communication that’s all!!!! Upon arrival a cleaned room had a molded shower curtain!! I mean nasssssty then the beds omg!!!! I wish I could upload photos we pull back the sheets my goodness smh then the top cover has like lint balls on the whole cover so I look in the closet it’s extra covers all are just rolled up in the corner can tell they aren’t clean!! I open them up all 3 are nasty!! I talked to someone they said they have been waiting on new comforters they are all like that.. ok fine smdh someone did come bring a brand new shower curtain!! After that I didn’t fell comfortable at all.. I slept in my clothes all 3 nights there next morning tv stopped working for about 45 mins then popped back on smh with children it’s a headache with no tv working!! The outside chairs my goodness they were nasty as hell also like a plastic chair would’ve been fine we are heavy Myrtle visitors and love to sit on the balcony we didn’t even sit down once!!!! Ok so it’s 4 ppl we received 4 towels 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths!?!? After one wash it’s time to get new towels nope don’t get those guess they want yu to wash towels I went to Walmart got us some wash cloths after the 2 rolls of toilet paper they give and yu run out yu are on your own.. I get yu shouldn’t have to furnish my whole stay but me having to wash towels while on vacation mind yu I would have to pay to wash and dry them.. fine we got passed all of that the bed mattress absolutely horrible worse night sleep. If this was the last hotel on Myrtle I would drive 4 hours back home!! I’m upset I wasted almost 600 and it was my child’s birthday!!! Again the host was awesome with responding top tier but that doesn’t make up for all the negative! I’ll never stay there again as long as breath is in my body.. be blessed whoever reads this

Everything, but the Bed! Oh my goodness, that sunk in mattress was terrible.

Was clean and loved being close to beach with great views.

The room was very clean and well kept.

View was good. Pools and hot tubs were nice.

2 days living room tv problems but vacasa fixed that ; my advice is if a problem happens chat with vacsas on your phone. They can get the problem fixed , next issue in room 1222 on the 12th floor, floors are extremely slippery when wet, problem if you run around barefooted, be extra careful, then a small crack in the toilet lid hard to see but once you know it , easy to spot, What we liked it was the 12th floor, all amenities supplied, bowls 🥣, plates 🍽, silverware 🍽, We had a balcony over looking the ocean, we could see both outdoor pools, this was a very quiet place 👌, we had our small puppy 🐶 ❤️ and they had a pet area on the 1st floor, and of course the ocean and sand our puppy loved Their is 2 indoor pools and 2 outdoor pools, well 1 pool and a hot tub both indoor and outdoor, the staff was attentive and we're easy to talk with, The ocean park resort is a very nice resort for everyone 👌
