Clearwater Bay 1012

We are in a travel baseball league. The week we stayed was extremely hot! House was well equipped and very comfortable.

The unit is spacious and provided lots of private space as well for our family. We have stayed in the Barefoot community several times over the years so are very familiar with the property. Quiet community which is a bonus and why we continue to return. The kitchen was fully equipped. Not all the TVs were smart TVs so if you plan to stream be aware. Area rug in dining area is filthy. Would be better off without it. Master bedroom had large stains near the entry. Carpets are in need of a thorough cleaning. Master bedroom mattress was comfy but lots of squeaking the metal bed frame any time you move. An outdoor grill would have been desirable at the unit but we knew there was not when we rented. Bathrooms had soap, shampoo, Hair dryers and towels. Not all properties provide these items. Despite some minor issues with the interior we would consider renting this unit again.

Customer service from the start was amazing, they respond to emails and texts at all hours when we had questions (leading up) The property itself was incredible. Clean, well stocked, great location.

Great vacation home. Quiet neighborhood. Close to beach, just a short drive away. Master suite was GREAT!

The house was clean spacious and plenty of room. If you have younger kids you will love that they have there own room on the upper level seperate from the two rooms on the first floor. The development was nice an quite. However, We were dispointed that there was no welcome folder that provided information on the house, Communityy pool or Local area. I've been renting through VRBO for over 20 yrs and always recieved a welcome folder/package. The house had trash bins but no trash can to dispose of the trash. I assumed the trash cans was in the garage but there was no access to the garage. No information was provided about how to dispose of trash and could not find any trash containers in the development to dispose the trash..We ended up taking it with us during our departure. If your are a light sleeper there is an A/C units located right outside your master bedroom window and constantly going on and off that may make it difficult to get a good nights sleep. Lastly, being that the house is loacted in a shore resort town, It would have been nice if the house had beach chairs and an Umbrella for the beach.

1. The Neighbors were really nice people. Talked to them for awhile. 2. Pool was nice. 3. Great kitchen area for cooking. 4. Nice dining room table. 5. Air Conditioning worked really well. 6. Nice master bedroom. 7. Loved multiple bathrooms and showers. 8. Area was a safe clean community.
