Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Dwell’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Guests will pick up a check-in envelope at our office on the day of your reservation. The office is located 10 miles from the resort. The check-in envelope will contain three swipe keys that open the condo door. A queen sofabed in the living area provides an added sleeping option
