Royal Gardens Beach Front Condominium

While the view from the balcony was lovely and the proximity to the beach was exceptional - the property needs to be updated. It appears old and dirty. Also, this place is very very small-I don’t recommend for families with teenagers.

The unit itself is a little dated, but nothing that would ruin your trip. I love the fact that it had a sectional couch, which I’ve noticed is hard to find on these type of bookings. We were all able to comfortably sit on the couch at one time. It was an added bonus being on the first floor. I normally like being higher up because you get a better view, but being on the first floor, made it easier to park, be closer to the pool and beach access. The fact that you don’t have to an elevator was awesome. We would definitely come back and stay here again in the future. I would recommend bringing your own pillows if possible because the ones on the beds were terrible. Great View of the beach! There did seem to be a lot of smoking all over the property even though there were no smoking signs. That was a little bit of a bummer, but I don’t know if it’s because it was a holiday weekend and there were so many people there.

The resort itself was great. The unit was very clean and the location was great. The beds were not comfortable and the mattresses should be replaced, and the bed linens should be upgraded. However overall we were very pleased.

We love royal gardens, and the convenience of this condo to parking and the elevator
