Everything about our stay was perfect. Love keyless entry. Short and lovely walk to the ocean. Comfortable beds. Host was easy to work with. Welcome, Reminder, and exit texts and emails made things so easy. I would absolutely stay here again.

The unit was perfect for our group. Comfy beds. Comfy living room furniture. Well stocked kitchen. Updated bathrooms. There was even books and games provided. And, ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms! The location on the top floor means no neighbors upstairs and an end unit means no one on one side and the neighbors on the other side were never heard. This unit should be seriously considered.

I don’t even know where to begin with how awful our stay at Ocean Creek Resort was. For the price we paid, this place was an absolute joke. Let’s start with the oven door, which was completely broken and barely hanging on. We couldn’t even use it safely. Then there was the leaking ceiling in the kitchen, right where the sprinkler is — complete with cracked drywall and visible mold. That’s not just gross, that’s a health hazard. The mirror in the bathroom randomly fell (thankfully no one was hurt), and the smoke alarm in the master bedroom was dangling from the ceiling, making it completely useless in an emergency. The dishwasher didn’t work at all — we tried three times, and nothing. They gave us exactly ONE kitchen towel for our entire stay, so apparently hand-washing dishes with moldy ceiling water and one towel was the plan? The TVs looked like they were from 2005, and only three cable channels worked. You could get better entertainment watching the mold spread on the ceiling. We reported all of these issues on day one, and they didn’t send anyone out until day four — by which point we were already packing up to leave. No apology, no real fix, just a “we’ll look into it.” Save yourself the frustration, stress, and regret — this place is a total rip-off and should not be listed until they do some serious maintenance and customer service training. Absolutely not worth it.
