Pictures of this space do not do it justice. Very roomy for a nice vacation stay. The beds were very comfortable and the place was clean and tidy.

The shower had great water pressure. Besides that dirty soiled ripped carpets and furniture. Broken balcony door that has been mentioned previously. We would not stay in that unit again.

Believe it or not the previous reviews had me second guessing after I booked it. But I’m more of giving people the benefit of doubt. Your place was absolutely perfect for me and 3 other people. Plenty of space. Everything was equipped like it said in the description! Place was comfortable. The extra towels. Easy access to beach and pools. Only thing was parking was bad due to the holiday weekend. But I would definitely book again in the future.

Terrible experience in 504, customer serive was terrible, no sense of urgency for maintenance issues. I was there for 3 nights, called the issues in at chefk in time..4:04(via phone and text messages) no show of maintenance the entire time....very disappointed bc I always stay at this resort and this is my 3rd time booking with Vacasa with these rooms, never had not one issue.

We book through vacasa every year for our family vacation. We really enjoy being on the patio from the bedroom since we have kids that sleep in the living room. This year and last year, we have been in a unit that has a broken door. Maintenance will not come to fix it because the owner doesn't want to fix it. Vacasa knows the door is broken but they will not notify you before you book it. The a/c stopped blowing cold air and a maintenance person came out while we were not there. He did not tell us what he discovered, nor did he tell us that he left our unit. There were soiled bed linens, hair on the hair dryer and in the shower, and the floors were sticky. This is our last time booking with Vacasa at either 304, 404, or 504 at the Sandy Beach Resort.
