Legends Resort - Montrose C

The property (grounds)and the condo/unit itself were both very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. The appliances were great and the furniture was comfortable. We had an issue with the door lock upon arrival, which was taken care of with one call to Vacasa. The reason for the low overall score has everything to do with Vacasa’s lack of urgency responding to our concern over the pool card that didn’t work, and therefore we lost a couple pool days of our vacation. It seemed as though Vacasa was not available to respond to issues that occurred on the weekend. Fortunately for us, and after a couple days of trying with no response from Vacasa the gentleman that worked in the real estate office on the property was able to make a phone call to the main Legends office in the clubhouse and request that something be done for us. Thanks to the Legends staff we were able to put a deposit on a pool card that we used for the rest of our stay. We would definitely consider staying at the Legends resort again, will just be leery of booking with Vacasa.

Nice convenient and quiet location.

Nice size condo with a great view of the 17th hole.

The location is okay, although you must drive down a 2.5 mile road off 501 to get here. The unit needs updating. Sinks are clogged. But overall it was sufficient for the week we were there. The Legends complex is very nice.

Overall the apartment is really nice, there are a few recommendations to make it an absolute perfect place, but still it's great. All amenities are there at your fingertips, so it was easy to settle in. Other than the upstairs neighbor(s) being belligerently loud throughout the days, it really is a super place to stay!!

It was cozy, good amenities, and quiet - except for when the upstairs neighbors would start fighting and banging around - which was pretty much on a daily basis... But other than that, it was nice.
