Nice furniture , great mattresses on beds . Beautiful ocean view from balcony .

From the moment we walked in we could see that the condo was spotless! We coukd have eaten off it the floors. All of the dishes were clean, the carpets in the bedroom were clean, bathroom pristine! The furniture is really comfortable also. The beds are comfortable and HUGE! The master bath even has a shower chair if you need to sit down. The bath tub in the main bathroom has a nice size bath tub if you need a soak. There was a whole closet full of beach items, like umbrellas, chairs, and boogieboards. The building is nice and the elevators work well. The views steal the show! It is perfectly oceanfront and the balcony is a decent size with a table and chairs. It's one of the best condos we've stayed in in Myrtle Beach, and we have stayed in many over the years! We will definitely be going back. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars.

This place is literally falling apart. Do not go!

There is a disclosure on the description that says wallpaper damage in Master bedroom. Totally false. There is a hole in the wall with black mold inside it. Not acceptable to us, we requested to move and it took multiple texts and 6 phone calls before anything was done. We were always told the local team would get back to us, they never did. We were downgraded from a 2 bed/2 bath to a 1 bed/1 bath without a washer and dryer. We were given a partial refund. Nice location, but that was it. Will never use VACASA again.

Lots of room in condo. Smaller building means less people around which is nice. This condo is not part of the Caravelle, you will not have access to the pools for children next door. Additionally you will not be able to use the bathroom down stairs next to the pool/beach. The condo was clean, the bathrooms need some love.
