Camelot by the Sea 1809

Great location right in the beach. The kids loved the various pools more than the beach at times. Everything is super close-within walking distance. The resort throughout was clean and well kept. We would consider staying here again!

The location & the amenities were great. However the unit was not ideal. First, the code to the door is extremely long and the lock itself is extremely finicky. It was extremely difficult to get into the unit requiring multiple tries. Second, the unit has a full kitchen however nothing you would need to cook. No spatulas, wooden spoon, frying pan, tongs etc. All of what the unit did have for cooking ware was dirty. There also wasn’t any simple spices like salt or pepper which would’ve been a nice touch. The kitchen sink had little to no pressure so it was nearly impossible to do the dishes in a timely fashion. The floors were dirty, walking barefoot you collected dust all over your feet and then tracked it through the apartment. TVs are outdated, no access to any streaming services.

It’s clean and plenty of options with indoor, outdoor pools. Great beach access as well as perfect location for a short walk to the boardwalk.

It was a great trip. You could not beat the view and the sounds of the ocean. The facility is located in a great location for all beach imminitisties.

We love the area. My wife and I originally stayed at Camelot when we first met almost 20 years ago.
