When we first arrived to the unit it was beautiful! As our stay continued into the 2nd to 3rd day, we started having issues with the upstairs neighbours. They were stomping yelling, screaming, arguing. You name it, you heard it. I had been in contact with Vacasa, the security and police about the complaints we were having. Thank you to the security officer who went up to the unit and told them to quiet down several times! The police and Vacasa said that there is nothing that they could do unless it was after 11pm when the city noise ordinance took place. It wasn’t until the 4th day that me and my group had gotten threaten in order for something to be done. IT TOOK A THRAT ON SOMEONES LIFE TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY!!! I truly appreciate the one gentleman’s name of the customer service - Damar, who made things happen! We then were upgraded to wonderful area and another beautiful place! Honestly Vacasa, as a vacationer y'all should probably let this unit go. There are going to be much more complaints to follow with future vacationers

I rented those property due to a tournament for my children. Everything was clean and the condo is very spacious. There is noise upstairs from the condo above, if you are noise sensitive. It didn’t bother me because I have kids and have gotten use to noise over the years.

The condo was the perfect size for 2 adults and a teenager . The property was very pretty and the pool was refreshing .

The location is great. But there are many things one should know before selecting the property. No tv in the guest bedroom and the master bedroom is on the street side so you will hear vehicles passing by day and night. This property is on the second floor with another property above. You will hear every step the people make in the property above which could make your relaxing and resting impossible.
