structurally this was a perfect space but I BEG YOU NOT TO STAY! Roaches not Palmetto bugs but german roaches. I tried to communicate with Vacasa and they blew me off. I have text messages of all conversations. I was asked to send pictures and video which I have all of them I wish I could share but don't be fooled by the online pics they have roaches. We wanted to like this place but we had to buy Raid, roach bait boxes and replace the used plastic shower curtain liner. We washed everything linen and dishes. Dishes by hand because of roaches in the dishwasher. I am an AirBnb owner in my home state and I jump through hoops for my guest. You are my customer and I value your time and money and your experience should be satisfying. Whoever owns this property should reconsider their management team Vacasa they could care less. I booked through Marriott Homes and Villa and they acknowledged by concerns and reimbursed me points and a small refund. I know Vacasa will do nothing there is an entire Facebook page of others who have had worse expericences who are still waiting. I gave them a chance to respond prior to this review so it is what it is. BUYER BEWARE LOOK AT THE FACEBOOK PAGE TO SEE OTHER STORIES OF VACASA AND MY PICTURES AND VIDEO OF THIS PLACE

The pricing was great. The property was very clean. I did not like the cook ware and utensils wasn't cleaned. Other than that the over all experience was good. Great location.
