Loved that it was close to everything like restaurants, beach, Walmart & etc. Cherry Grove is only 5 minutes from this location. Will say condo is only 3rd floor with no elevator but I knew that already from another review. Just wanted to give a heads up for future guests. Overall it was a nice condo 2br & 2ba full kitchen has a washer & dryer. Also you may want to bring cleaning supplies, detergent, dishwasher pods , toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags & the accessories you may need because there was nothing there to use. We had a few of these items like toilet paper & paper towels but that didn’t last long ofc.

The pool was closed which was one of the reasons I picked this location so my grandson could swim and the stairs were a bit much! Everything else was great!

Convenient location.

The location is very convenient to downtown and almost everything is walkable. Renter should be aware there is no elevator available at the property.

This was by far the worst host I have ever had with either Vrbo or Airbnb. The floors in the bathrooms had pubic hairs when we arrived, which I had to clean up, the kitchen had nothing beyond basics. You better pack your salt and pepper and any type of containers you might need to actually put food in because they are not in the cabinets. Also, you've got four flights of steps and the back deck is a hazard. The floor is lifting all over the place and there's cockroaches and ants everywhere. Lastly, I accidentally left my purse in the top drawer in the side bedroom, and of course, when they went to check to see if it was there, it was gone. Apparently they were the only ones in the place so I'm not quite sure how that happened. I will not rent from this company again.

I’ve been renting in Myrtle for 35 years sometimes twice a year. This was the worst!! Was down there when the U. S. OPEN was being played,the NBA finals and the NHL finals. I was not able to watch any of it on living room tv. It is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator which we knew but it is actually 4 sets of stairs because of parking below units. Hard to park and open doors if you have a truck. Would not recommend if you are doing a week stay we were booked to stay until Friday but left Wednesday to go home.
