Cherry Grove Pelican's Watch

The condo was clean and cozy! We enjoyed the view of the sound. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Short walk to the beach . The only suggestion I have is the master shower is to small.

The location and views were fantastic

This condo was spacious and had plenty of room for us. The primary bedroom has a large bed and an en suite and the second bedroom has one bed plus bunkbeds and the bathroom is out in the hallway. We didn’t cook or really use the kitchen but it seemed to be well stocked. The condo was spotless. It was so conveniently located and we could walk to restaurants and it was right across the street from public access to the beach. Plenty of parking and the swimming pool was spotless. We would definitely stay here again

Location, size and cleanliness

This was a great spot for our group of 2 adults and 3 teens. For a small place, we didn't feel overcrowded at all. Despite not being 'on the ocean', the deck of this unit has a great view of the natural waterways / inlets that lead to the ocean. The walk across the street to the beach is very easy and convenient. You're literally only walking a couple hundred feet further than the places across the street that are right on the ocean. We'd definitely stay here again.

Home is exactly as pictured. Great view of the marsh. Can see the ocean from the front door between buildings across the street. Didn’t realize it was a third floor apartment walk up. Recommend bringing your own pillows. And hopefully in the future the bathrooms get updated. But the living room and kitchen areas were beautiful.
