Sea Watch 303

We were a party of 6, family of 1 aunt, 2 parents and 3 kids (14, 10, 5). This unit was perfect for our needs. Parents had a bedroom, kids shared a bedroom and the Aunt had her own room. The full kitchen was nice to make meals. TVs in the bedrooms was a nice perk! We spent a lot of time on the balcony and it had plenty of space. We loved the location on the 3rd floor which made it easy to load/unload the vehicle and avoid elevator use. We also used the stairway to get to the pool if we didn’t want to wait for the elevator. It was amazing to have a washer/dryer in the unit also. We have stayed at Sea Watch in other units previously so we were familiar with the resort and loved the amenities, as always.

We have stayed at Sea Watch for several years now but always booked through the resort. We booked through Vacasa this time and had a wonderful experience. Being able to know which room/floor you are staying when you book was great. This third floor condo was the perfect location. We parked on the third floor of the garage and was able to walk straight to the room from there. The stairs are right next to the condo and for someone who dislikes elevators, this was a huge plus. I did not have to get on the elevator at all the entire stay. The condo was fully stocked of everything you could need. The balcony was huge and also had a smaller one as well. My children loves to have lunch out there and watch the pool activities. Although the pool can be loud during the day, when inside the condo, you cannot hear any of the noise and it's no louder than the 19th floor that we stayed on last year. We will hopefully be able to book this same room in the future!! No complaints at all from any of my seven family members!!

The condo was amazing! The views were incredible! Room 303 had an incredible porch that was large enough for all 7 of us to sit on and have coffee in the morning. We will be back for sure

The location of the unit was great with the exception of the noise from the pool could be heard in the master bedroom. The view from the balcony was great. The amenities at Sea watch resort are also great. We have stayed at many locations in the area and once we stayed at Sea Watch we have never gone any where else. The information provided for the wifi was wrong. I contacted Vasca and they said someone would call to address it. No one ever did. The washing machine did not work. On Tue Vasca addised appliance repair would come on Thur. I requested more towels since we could not wash ours. They advised they would deliver more the next day. We did not get them until Fri., the day after the washer was repaired.
