We loved the home we were just disappointed that the master bed did not appear to have been washed. There was pet hair all over it. Also there were no towels or washcloths, we had to buy our own.

This stay started off poorly with me having to go to the office 2 times per the direction of the Vacasa staff, neither time was anyone in the office. You can not ask any questions, like why was I given 2 parking passes, but only 1 gate swipe card. The gate swipe card is required of rented to the property- how can 2 cars be out and you only provide 1 card? Someone can’t get back in. This made NO sense to me. My other complaint was that the top bunk bed had not been changed prior to my arrival. There was hair all over it and a dark stain. I called and told Vacasa, they told me housekeeping would be by to change the bed. Hours later, after I called back to check on an ETA(which nobody could provide) house keeping showed up at the door and handed me a trash bag full of clean sheets and said nothing. So I changed the bed myself. Vacasa customer service is terrible!! I would not recommend them.
