Coastal Gem of Murrells Inlet

Beautiful house with backyard next to canal. The home decor and interior was aesthetic too. Ample kitchen utensils and cutlery for use and the sun room is a bonus. The parking space is enough for 4+ cars. We had some issues getting in at the time of check in but the support was one call away. The property listing didn't mention about possibility of flooding in the area during tides. We witnessed the flooded road multiple times during the stay. It was mentioned in the home instructions that came in after booking. But this information should be part of listing. We had some concerns as we noticed pet hair in the cushions which we reported to the team. Apart from these, the stay was comfortable. Many restaurants are available nearby.

Great outdoor spaces! Perfect location! Well appointed home having anything and everything we needed. Quick response when encountered minor issues-lock battery change & check propane in grill since had difficulty starting.

Great location on marsh and canal. Lots of space and great porches.

We stayed at this beautiful vacation rental from May 9th to 18th. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous—spacious, very clean, and well-maintained inside. We did experience a few challenges during our stay. There was some initial difficulty getting into the home upon arrival, which caused a bit of a delay. We were eventually able to get in, and once settled, we really enjoyed the space. One notable issue was that the downstairs air conditioning wasn’t working until mid-week. Since several of us were staying on that level, it made the first few nights less comfortable than expected. Additionally, we felt hesitant to leave the home unattended at times due to pending maintenance, which disrupted some of our plans. That said, the overall setting and condition of the property were lovely, and with a few improvements to the guest experience, this rental has great potential for future stays.

Excellent! House is beautiful, very well kept and appointed. Decorations are perfect. View across the street of the marsh is gorgeous. Fireplace in the back, along a small inlet, is great! We definitely recommend Coastal Gem!

This home is beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished! As soon as you step inside, it has a serene and coastal vibe. It has everything you need or could want. Love the two living rooms so everyone can spread out. The sunroom has a beautiful view of the inlet with nice sitting areas and rocking chairs to rock away any stress. The bedrooms are super comfy and there are plenty of linens and a lot of pillows. So nice having 4 bathrooms! The fire pit area and the dock were a nice place to watch wildlife. Quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the strip but close to everything. Truly a gorgeous spot and home. Can’t wait to go back!
