This is our 2nd year in this condo. We love it. I really appreciate the use of the beach chairs

We loved the pools and hot tub and the location. It is a close walk to the beach (about a block and a half or so). Comfortable place and would stay again!

This is a cute place, and it’s convenient to the shore and several food options, but that’s where the value leaves. I was extremely annoyed that I spent $1,600 for four nights and they had a coffee maker but no pods. I understand it’s a condo and not a hotel, but if you’re leaving soaps and shampoos and dishwasher pods and laundry detergent, WHY not leave 2 coffee pods, especially for the price paid? Surely they can afford to leave 2 coffee pods. Another issue was I hurt my elbow on one of the Adirondack chairs because the arm rest on one side is NOT bolted in. This is dangerous and very lazy. Another issue is they have roaches. I understand it’s South Carolina, and you’re at the beach, but waking up to a fresh roach in the kitchen is unappetizing. I took a photo if they’d like to see it. One of the remotes also had ZERO batteries. Again, a smaller thing, but it’s something that should be checked before the room is switched, and it was an inconvenience when we were just trying to watch some TV. The patio carpet is literally filthy. They need to get rid of it or clean it periodically because it’s disgusting. The chair in the living room with the cover on it is pitiful. I think with as much money as they’re making they can afford to replace that chair. They have some unsightly, ill-fitting cover on it, and it’s anything but inviting. The other chair is pretty dirty on the arm areas and needs to be cleaned. The bed in the master was okay, but not what I’d expect for the price. It’s like Red Roof quality. It sounds like it’s breaking when you get into it; and it kind of sinks. The kitchen is cute, but again, roaches weren’t on the menu. Also, be prepared to walk the entire 3 flights of stairs up to the room. Overall, I’d not stay here again. Decorated cute for the most part, but it was lacking in too many ways to make it a nice stay.

The home was great for a getaway
