We have been staying at the Patricia Grand for the past 3 years and have loved it ever since! Clean rooms, helpful staff, easy check in and check out! Great location close to broadway and the boardwalk. A great experience every time!

Room smells like dog pee. Tried to fix with lysol it helped but then the smell came back. Our personal items smell when we came home. Would not stay here again. We booked a five day four night stay. Left after two days in the room because it smelled so bad.
