We loved the view of the marina. We loved the cleanliness overall. However, the shower left much to be desired, and is certainly not something senior citizens should be subjected to. My main complaint was the lack of communication between myself and Vacasa. I had to call the property management a minimum of five times in order to get some response. Customer service speaks volumes, and if someone who believes in good customer service, this rental totally missed the mark! There were no complete instructions on anything really. The parking pass was disguised as a coupon so we didn’t know what we were searching for initially. There were absolutely no amenities.
