Easy walk to get to several great restaurants. Less than 5 minutes on the beach. Accommodating home to our large crowd. Fair price. Easy to get in and out of the house. Easy clean up.

Check-in was seamless and entering the rental was easy. The home was very clean with plenty of space for both relaxation and entertainment. The ping pong and pool tables were perfect, and the hot tub worked great. It was super relaxing after long days. Ideal for our group of 7 adults and 7 baseball players (11 & 12 y/o) to enjoy time together during a tournament weekend. I highly recommend!

The home was lovely with comfortable beds and good activities. There were some disappointing things 1. The dryer did not work. We had tried to do laundry and the dryer was so bad that it took an hour just to dry one towel 2. The gas grill ran out of gas after 2 uses. Grilled twice and then ran out of gas. Not appropriate for a rental 3. No beach towels. At least the web site should tell us there are no beach towels included! We had to go out and purchase beach towels despite being at Myrtle BEACH!! If I had known there were no beach towels, I could have brought my own. 4. Very few supplies for dishwashing detergent, Laundry detergent, garbage bags etc.

We came with 7 guys on a golf trip and the place was perfect. The bedrooms were clean and comfy, the living areas were nice. We enjoyed playing ping pong and pool. We would definitely return in the future.

Overall, we had an okay stay. Likely not to rent again or use Vacasa again as they were not unresponsive to any of the calls made during our stay. The pictures are a bit old as there is a huge house sitting right in front of the home which blocks the water view. Also, all outdoor furniture was completely rusted or cushions filthy. Pictures show newer furniture with no rust. The table was so bad the top layer of metal was peeling off. The painting is chipping off the porch floor. When we enter the house it is much better however, we could tell it had not be wiped down in weeks. There were dead bugs on the floor, the toilets had water lines in the toilets, there were food particles in between the wood planks of the kitchen table, even a residue on the counter tops. The WiFi did not work for us the entire weekend. I called multiple times to share the cleanliness and lack of WiFi working. Spoke with 2 different people who said our concerns would be addressed and nothing. Not even a follow up phone call. Pros: the beds are comfy, water pressure was nice, and pretty spacious and accommodating for the number of guest we had. Also, it’s very close to the beach- beach was amazing. Provided some beach chairs which was nice as well. Overall, with improvements it could be a nice rental despite the huge house blocking the entire view.
