Beach at the Greens

Our rental was as shown and accessible to golfing, dining and shopping.

My family was here for 3 nights, we loved the pool, grills located next to the pools. Our condo would have been great if we were not meet with the smell of dog urine when entering. The moment we entered the whole condo smelled like dog/cat urine. It was really horrible. Pet’s for sure have stayed in the property and a guest should never smell urine upon entering. The carpets need to go. I’m sure they are holding/trapping the smell. For most part the condo was clean, the kitchen utensils was not. We brought our own, but for the price we paid everything including kitchen utensils should be clean. The smell was to bad, I don’t think my family would stay here again.

We loved our place at Beach at the Greens. It was a perfect location for getting to/from the Myrtle Beach Marathon!

It is rare when the actual unit exceeds the expectations set from the photos and description but this place sure did! It is a very comfortable unit and well appointed with washer/dryer, appliances (including a toaster oven), TV, furniture and is in a perfect location for the beach, shopping, restaurants, entertainment and golf. The decor is very pleasant and the golf course view is lovely in all kinds of weather. Even for non golfers like us! Parking is easy and the third floor unit has elevator access. As others have pointed out, a few things are missing or inadequate but nothing a trip to the Dollar Store or Walmart can't fix. We bought dish towels (only one is provided) and some bakeware, storage and casserole dishes for our 28 day stay. I cook a lot even on vacation. There is a convenient pool that is attended to daily. The lanai is a lovely place for a meal or snack or just to chill. We had to ask a neighbor where the trash is. When you go out of the building turn left and the containers are right past the white fence. You can take a nice walk daily to the Intracoastal Walk Way which is accessible by going left on the walkway across the street - cross back before the underpass and the entrance is right there. A lovely place to call home while in the Carolinas! Especially since our stay was sandwiched in between two storms we ended up spending more time in the unit than we might have otherwise. We still had a good day in the condo on storm days! Highly recommend !
