Renaissance Tower 915

My family and I had a wonderful vacation and the unit was absolutely perfect for us. It was exactly as described in the details on the website. I highly recommend it.

When we first arrived May 10th, the AC was not working, the smoke detector was beeping and the remotes would not operate the tvs. I called the number on the refrigerator and reported the issues. No one could come out until Monday. The worker did stay in touch and kept me up to date on when someone would be out. The gentleman I was talking to came out and had to replace the remote for the master bedroom. My daughter took a shower monday night and the tub would not drain. That was fixed. They only supplied us with 6 towels for 4 people for the week and 6 washcloths. As a woman with alot of hair I use a separate towel for my hair, my daughter also. The pans in the kitchen are worn and alot of things would stick. The beds were awful. The master bedroom bed was manageable but the guest bedroom beds need replaced. My daughter, shes 12, and my mother, shes 73, slept in the guest room and they both complained of the beds. And there are not many outlets, and the ones that are there seem loose. Alot of the plugs for our phones and fans kept falling out. The master bathroom and bedroom door stuck and were super loud everytime we opened them. After everything was fixed the unit was ok but I dont think I would rent this unit again. Vacasa was very nice and helpful on getting things fixed. I usually dont complain but for the money we paid this unit needs work. Also, pay attention to the parking fees!! We were there for bike week, and my boyfriend had to pay $245 just to park for the week. It was totally ridiculous! Have a nice day!

Nice clean and comfortable I loved it and one will return

I loved the view of the beach. However, some dishes were not clean and the remote controls did not work for the television. Also, the let out bed was terrible to sleep on.

It was quiet the people were friendly

Very comfortable stay we enjoyed our condo the view and the bar. Everything was great we definitely did not want to leave or only complaint is there are only 3 elevators for the 22 floors and come check in/out day we were waiting 15 minutes or more for a elevator
