Greystone Condos 203

The kitchen was very disappointing. Sparsely stocked for meal prep. Otherwise a very nice home away from home.

The condo was in a nice quiet location, convenient to the beach. The rooms were a great size and well kept. The beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and relaxing with comfortable chairs & umbrellas to hide from the sun. We enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach.

upon arrival, the floors were sticky. The surfaces were sticky. The dishes were dirty. The whisk had dried batter on it. The temperature of the house was 84°. The front door was about 2 inches open upon arrival. The thermostat was set to 82° and when we adjusted it to a cooler temperature, it would automatically revert back to 82°. we later found out that the owner remotely controls the temperature and wanted it to be set at 73 after speaking to the maintenance man who I informed if the temperature had been 73 that would’ve been fine but it was set to 82 and I watched it be remotely changed from 70 that we had set it on to 82.

Overall enjoyed our stay. There are stairs right when you walk in so be prepared to get your steps in. If you are driving a car like a sedan, I would recommend somewhere else as the driveway was scraping my car each time I came and left, so make sure a larger car is used otherwise. There is also not a beach storage outside/inside so using a car as storage worked for us. Was very clean and had everything you needed except for maybe a blanket or two.

This condo was perfect for what my family and I was looking for. Although the pool was not working during our stay, we enjoyed walking to the beach. Everything was very clean and the space bigger than we expected. Overall we had a lovely stay and would visit again.

Great Floor Plan. The residents is clean but it needs a deep cleaning. The upstairs tub had tape in it to cover up holes. We had to re-clean the upstairs bathroom as hair was everywhere even on the walls. Its a bit dated but they renovated the downstairs bathroom. Parking is terrible if you have more than one car. They only allow 1 space. Also there's no view. The balcony is looking at an apartment building right behind it. The property isn't terrible but it's not a favorite either.
