A bit worn but offers good location near the beach and eateries. Note : no elevator and must walk up and down three floors.

-It’s very close to the beach and a great location -They go the extra mile with having beach chairs and boogie boards available -Bedrooms were clean and comfy -It’s kind of what you’d expect staying so close to the beach. The unit is kind of run down. It just needs a few things and could be cleaned up easily. Throw away the rugs. They’re so filthy they’re matted down. There were ants on the countertop and in the lanai. Pee staid toilet brushes. Stains on the chairs and, what I can only assume, is a dirty couch given the cover on some of it. Again, things that could be fixed, but needs some TLC. All in all, it met our needs, but that’s my honest feedback.

Buildings are a little older and the parking lot is tight for larger vehicles. Updates have been made to individual units. Unit was well stocked with the essentials. Overall, we had a nice stay!

Our family of 5 stayed here a week. It is a great location- it takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach. The parking was a little confusing at first but we got used to it. The unit was clean and the AC felt great when we got there. The pool was a nice bonus. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We mostly had everything we needed, however any spices you need for cooking you will have to buy. You will also need to buy trash bags if you use more than 2 small bags while you're there. All in all the place was nice and I would recommend.

Nice location. View of ocean from terrific screened porch. Furniture and beachy decorations tasteful and fun. All in all a great condo! The only minor negative is the parking lot--very very tight maneuvering and the exit is quite confusing--easy to drive in circles!!
