Overall great location, interior spacious and comfortable. Carpet a little Grungy at the exterior halls to the units. The tenants here watch you apparently. We have an elderly service dog that is on meds and is registered for medical reasons for my wife. A tenant called to say we had a dog and the office immediately called to Ridley ask if we had a dog and told me we will be canceled or we have 30 minutes to remove the dog from the home. This put a huge inconvenience for our trip we had looked forward to for a while. We travel everywhere with our service dog which is a 14 lb shitzu and not one air bnb has found it to be an issue we have him. They failed to acknowledge the reasons for the animal and stated we have the authority to cancel you if you do not remove the animal. Highly suggest finding an empathetic company to rent from as the corporate office Ruth vacasa said we could keep him there but the local office was rude and caused many troubles for this trip. It’s a shame since everything else was nice about the unit.

The condo was very close to the beach (5 minute walk) and to an ice cream shop and breakfast cafe. There were a lot of things to do very nearby. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Overall it was ok. We will not return to the unit or area again though. Unit was clean enough, but the stored bedding smelled like smoke and the bathrooms smelled like sewage. The pool area is very nice and the beach access is nice as well. Parking is scarce. No one must’ve been checking for parking passes because several cars did not have the issued pass and there were no spots left for us more than once. Limited options to park elsewhere.

Easy beach access. Mild traffic. Fully equipped kitchen except no dish towels. Stay was terrific.

This home was water damage. The shower towel bar is off leaving 2 gaping holes for water entry behind and under the shower. There also appears to be water damage in the bedroom closet ceiling. The floors and wall are likely polluted with mold. I was going to call and request a switch but didn't want to deal with the hassle for our short stay. I wish I would've because we all fell ill following our stay. Needless to say, I would not stay here again.
