Parking is limited to two vehicles per reservation. The Home Owners Association does not allow motorcycles, scooters, trailers, or golf carts on the property. These types of vehicles will not be allowed onto the property and may be towed without notice if left on the property.

We had a great time at Coastal Tranquility. The place was as pictured. It is an older building but we didn’t need anything fancy. The pool was great. The house was comfy. There were basic household items which is always nice. The only down side was that the AC in the twin bedroom didn’t work so it got stuffy in that room.

Overall we were pleased with our 4 day stay. This condo was on the third floor, in a corner unit, so it was quiet. The condo was clean when we arrived, although it did have a rentals' usual wall scuffs and door marks. The bedding and towels were clean, and the beds were pretty comfortable (usually rentals have horrible beds). It was a nice 5 min walk to the beach, nothing too terrible. There was a cockroach on the master bedroom's ceiling the first night, but other than that no bugs to speak of. There is a large pond out back, so we figured it came from there. There was no salt and pepper, only provided with two trash bags, and no beach toys, so unfortunately we did have to buy our own, but it wasn't the end of the world. Overall, we are happy with the stay and the price we paid! We would definitely consider staying here again!

Loved the location close to huge grocery store .. not far walk to beach and pool right outside…. The Unit however needs a good clean and some TLC..
