The large balcony with comfy furniture was well worth it!! Gorgeous views!

Great to have 3 big bedrooms and 3 baths. Bathrooms are small but having 3 when you have a crowd of people is really helpful. The location is great - right on the beach, a short drive to Barefoot Landing, restaurants, putt-putt, outlet mall, etc. The balcony was our favorite part. The high-top table and chairs were comfortable and gave the best view. It's a deep balcony so plenty of room and we could usually find some shade most times of day. The kitchen is well-appointed - we had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, soaps, paper towels, etc. Our only negative was that the door to the balcony from the beach-side stairs had to be left unlocked in order to get in after rinsing off feet or being at the pool. Otherwise you have to walk to the parking lot side and don't have a place to rinse off feet. You could leave the balcony door unlocked - we just didn't feel comfortable doing that. Maybe they can add a keypad to that door. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider it again in the future.

Overall, the condo was very clean. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. We didn’t use the others, but they look nice. The decor was very well done. As most people say, the balcony is really great. there’s also a nice pool and setting area with a good amount of privacy. We met one of the owner residents. He was a very nice person to get to know with good advice on local restaurants. Some small issues were things like the throw rug by the balcony door was stained. The most concerning issue was the shower doors that needed cleaned in the tracks due to black mold. It’s a deep cleaning type thing that I doubt the regular cleaning people do. This was easily solved. We went to the store to purchase Tilex and cleaned it. These were small issues compared to how nice the place is to stay. It is important to note that there are 28 steps to get to the condo and if stairs are a problem, this would not be the place to stay. With that said, my wife and I both have double knee replacements and did fine. We also had a problem with the dryer, but only because it must have slid too close to the wall and a sensor wouldn’t let it run. The Vacasa agent in the area came over and helped my wife with that problem right away. I really liked this condo and will definitely try to come back again in the future.

Good location to the beach, wish there were no stairs to beach for ease of transporting kids-wagon-toys.

The best part of the unit was the balcony and the incredible view of the ocean! A ceiling fan would be helpful.

We loved the location It was right on the beach. The condo was bright and airy. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We loved having our own private under cover parking spot We had our coffee every morning on the patio with the view of the ocean. We would stay there again.
